Refund Policy

• We require at least two working days’ notice to cancel an appointment. Notice can be given verbally or in writing, however it is up to the person cancelling to prove that notice was given.

• For cancellation notice of less than two working days, a cancellation charge of 50% of the consultation fee is applicable.

• For cancellation notice of less than one working day, a cancellation charge of 75% of the consultation fee is applicable.

• Where no notice is given at all, a 100% cancellation charge will be made for failure to attend an appointment.

• There will be a 50% postponement fee when an appointment is cancelled on the day and rebooked at that time for another date.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, or their appointment may be forfeited and their appointment will be treated as missed.
